(1997-1999)
In 1997, rumors began going around that Hasbro was going to bring back My Little Pony. After months of collectors contacting Hasbro to confirm this, we saw for ourselves that the rumors were true. My Little Pony had returned, but as with most 90s comebacks of 80s collection (i.e. environmentalist Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake being from another world), there were many changes. The Little Ponies had a completely new image, though they have their traditional symbols and a new rainbow logo. My Little Pony lived in Friendship Gardens (But still Ponyland outside the U.S.), and were surrounded by a common theme of fruit and flowers, along with the traditional clouds and rainbows.
