Sweetie Babies are a set of three candy-covered ponies with sweet treats all over their bodies. They are shown in the MLP booklet scan with a large barrette (scan is shown as my collection only includes Baby Candy). They are all Earth ponies. Baby Candy is white with dark green hair (white streaks in mane), light pink eyes, and pink, blue, and green striped wrapped candies all over.
Baby Lollipop is yellow with dark pink hair (white streaks in mane) and pink & white swirled lollipops all over. Baby Licorice is pink with dark blue hair (yellow streaks in mane). Her symbols are round and cylindrical pieces of black, blue, & yellow licorice.Sweetie Babies are called Zuckersüß-Baby-Ponys in German.

Seaside Babies are tropical colored ponies, each with an cottony streak in their mane which changes color in warm water. The sides of their back hooves are painted are painted to look like beach shoes. They symbols also have a strand of seaweed that up down their back legs. This is so it looks like they are part of the water with their feet being the same colors of the ocean floor with seaweed growing out of it for the animals to hide in. They are all Earth ponies and each came with a C-shaped float. They also have a hole in all four feet, probably to drain water. Splosh is hot pink with yellow hair with a blue octopus symbol. Her float is green with a pink design.
Splish is orange with blue hair with a dark pink seahorse as her symbol. Her float is yellow with green.
Splash is bright yellow-green with bright red with a beige streak (I don't know what color it changes into). She has coral eyes and her symbol is two purple & magenta fish (seaweed is yellow). Her float is dark pink with yellow.
In German, Seaside Babies are called Wasserspaß-Baby-Ponys.

Jewellery Babies are three little beauties, shown in MLP booklets with jewelry that you could wear too; a bracelet with a matching jeweled ring. They are all Earth ponies and have pictures of jewels as symbols and tinsel in their hair. Scan is shown as my collection only includes Baby Ruby.

Baby Ruby is pink with bright red hair (with gold tinsel), and gold eyes. Her symbol is a gold charm with a red diamond-shaped stone.
Baby Sapphire is blue with dark blue hair and silver tinsel. Her jewel symbol is shaped like a teardrop and is blue & gold.
Baby Diamond is white with white hair and silver tinsel. Her symbol is a pink flower brooch with a pentagon shaped diamond. In German, Jewelry Babies are called Glitzerschuck-Baby-Ponys.

Great Hair Ponies are two white ponies with incredibly long and crimped multi-colored manes. Their tails are also crimped, but normal length, and are a solid color. Their symbols are four thick colored squiggles that run down each of their sides. They came with a large soft bow with curly streamers and a small (plastic) bow barrette. They are both Earth ponies. They are called Superhaar-Ponys in German, with their names (in English), listed below.

Highlights (German: Blondi) has an orange tail and her mane is orange (including forelock), yellow, and white. Her symbol is orange & pink and she has purple eyes. Her large bow is purple w/ white dots with pink, orange, and yellow streamers. Her bow barrette is mint green.
Ringlets (German: Beauty) has a dark pink tail and her mane is dark pink (including forelock), pink, and white. Her symbol is blue & pink and she has mint green eyes. Her large bow is yellow w/pink dots with blue, yellow, and pink streamers. Her bow barrette is dark pink.
Nurse Ponies are three medical assistants who can tell you how you feel with their special symbols. They are all Earth ponies. They each show a teddy bear with a different injury who is holding a dark pink heart. When you rub the heart, a teddy's face is revealed. One side the bear is happy and on the other, he is sad. They also are each wearing a white nurse's cap with a red cross on it.

Nurse Sweetheart is a variation on Sweetheart, the (MLP Tales) pony based on her pose, colors, and the fact that Sweetheart wanted to be a doctor in "The Masquerade." She is white with

Nurse Loveheart is pink with blue hair, and yellow eyes. Her symbol is a yellow bear (surrounded by yellow hearts) wearing a cast on his leg.
Nurse Tenderheart (thanks to Sam for photo) is blue-grey with yellow hair. She has pink eyes and her bear is yellow with his arm in a white sling (4 yellow hearts above).
Nurse Ponies are called Herzschwestern-Ponys. in German.

Surprise Newborn Ponies have special symbols, as their box reads: "Wash-off magic nappy with warm water. See your Baby pony's surprise friend!". Once washing off the nappy (diaper), it will NOT reappear, however, underneath is a a surprise symbol and two versions were made of each pony. They also each came with a cloth diaper to wear. They are all earth ponies.
Baby Bouncy is all yellow with purple eyes Her surprise symbols were a giraffe (shown below, photo) or a teddy bear (confirmed but not shown).

Baby Cuddles is pink with dark pink hair and blue eyes. She is shown here with both a white elephant symbol (scan above) and she also has a white & blue cat symbol (photo below).
Baby Snoozy is mint green with green hair. Her two symbols have been confirmed as being a white w/pink duck or a purple & white rabbit (wearing a bow tie). In German, they are called Zauberwindel-Baby-Ponys.

The Surprise Twins Pony is one of the most unique ponies. She is a pregnant pink Earth pony with dark pink hair. Her symbol is a stork carrying a baby pony and she's wearing what looks like a decorative molded collar around her neck. There's a heart on the collar and when you press is, she gives birth to two tiny surprise twin ponies. The newborns are about the size of Pony Charms. In German, she is called Mami bekommt Zwillinge. Mummy and her babies can use the Bed & Crib Set.
