Dream Beauties are probably the most unusual type of ponies. Said to be "all grown up My Little Ponies," Dream Beauties actually have the body shape of horses with long necks and faces, thin legs, small hooves, and muscular bodies. This idea didn't seem to coincide with more well-known pony physiology, in which elder adult ponies still had the same, traditional chubby body shape as the young (newborn through adult) 'little ponies' had (as seen mainly in the later "My Little Pony Tales" television series).
Dream Beauties came in three different poses: standing with one front leg bent, walking with bent legs, and walking with straight legs. They had long, combable tails and manes, with a row of colored beads on their necks where the mane begins; their manes run down to their feet. Like Little Ponies, Dream Beauties all have symbols decorating their colorful bodies. They also wore eye shadow and each came with a barrette. There were six different kinds of Dream Beauties; 18 in all. They were only available in Year 8. Note: Ponies' hair is straight unless otherwise noted.
Shimmering Beauties are gorgeous dark-colored ponies who's bodies are transparent and filled with specks of silver glitter. Light can shine through them, making their bodies shine. There are three in the set, each with clear beads on their manes. They symbol covers only their hips.

Crystalline is dark cerulean blue with wavy white hair, and lavender eyes. Her symbol is two pinkish-purple (blue-outlined) swans swimming on blue waves, with heart & designs above and below them. She wears pink eye shadow, and came with an iridescent dark pink flowers barrette.
Dream Gleamer is dark pink with wavy pink hair, and blue eyes. Her symbol is a white winged heart (purple wings), decorated with various heart designs. She wears sea green eye shadow and she came with an iridescent pink hearts barrette.
Stardazzle is dark orange with very curly dark pink hair, and pink eyes. Her symbol is a heart made up of tiny pink (turquoise-outlined) flowers. She wears pale mint green eye shadow and came with a mint green iridescent hearts barrette.
The Rainbow Beauties are one set of many with a rainbow theme. These ponies have multi-colored hair (four vertical stripes in their manes; tails a mixture of these colors) and their symbols are swirls of colored stripes and designs that cover the sides of their bodies.

Morninglory is yellow and has green/blue/dark pink/pink hair, and medium pink eyes. Her symbol is purple & blue swirls (w/triangle cut-outs) with a yellow (body color) sun, surrounded by purple flying birds. She has pink mane beads and her barrette, and wears lavender eye shadow. She came with a purple hearts barrette.
Skysplasher is white with light pink pink/yellow/green/blue hair, and pale mint green eyes. Her symbol is a blue & pink bird with streams of blue, pink, and white (body color) swirly stripes, surrounded by dots. Her mane beads are pink, and she wears blue eye shadow. She came with a purple hearts barrette.
Windsweeper is powder blue with white/light pink/aqua/dark blue hair, and light purple eyes. Her symbol is pink & white striped swirls decorated with tiny blue & white flowers. Her mane beads are white, and her eye shadow is mint green. She came with a yellow shooting star barrette.
The Showtime Beauties are decorative ponies with carrousel designs on their sides and necks. There are only two in this set, and they both have different raised designs and saddles. They each came with a large "I LUV YOU" barrette.

Mayfair is pink with wavy blue hair, and purple eyes. Her eye shadow is mint green, and her mane beads are light purple. She has a purple & white ruffled saddle with purple roses with aqua stems winding across her body; the roses also climb up the sides of her neck to her face, and also onto her hips. She came with a mint green barrette.
Circle Dancer is pinkish-purple with aqua hair, and pale mint green eyes. She wears yellow eye shadow and her mane beads are pink. She has a peach & green quilted saddle with peach shells and hearts, blue bows, and green ribbons that decorate the saddle, as well as her neck and hips. She came with a medium pink barrette.
There are more Sweet Perfume Beauties than any other Dream Beauties since there are four in the set. They have shiny medallions on each hip, with the left side opening up to reveal a compartment containing cream perfume for them and for you to wear. They have two-tone hair (mane w/main color & streak; tail mixed), and their forelegs are a different color than their bodies, but matches their eye shadow.

Colorglow is purple with mint green forelegs (and eye shadow). She has curly aqua w/pink hair, and coral eyes. Her medallion is a red laced heart, with a bow on top. Her mane beads are mint green, and She came with a periwinkle shooting star barrette.
Colormist is aqua with purple forelegs (and eye shadow). She has light pink w/purple hair, and pink eyes. Her medallion is a round gold shape, with a flower in the center surrounded by ribbons and smaller flowers. Her mane beads are white, and she came with a pink hearts barrette.
Fairflyer is pink with yellow forelegs (and eye shadow). She has purple w/aqua hair, and pale mint green eyes. Her medallion is a green round shape, with a bird holding a ribbon in its feet, surrounded by tiny flowers. Her mane beads are purple, and she came with a purple hearts barrette.
Songrider is periwinkle blue with pink forelegs (and eye shadow). She has curly dark pink w/light pink hair, and mint green eyes. Her medallion in a pink shooting star, almost rounded, with swirl and tiny stars. Her mane beads are pink, and she came with a bright apple green shooting star barrette.
Trim 'n Grow Beauties were designed for you to cut their hair, and then replace it with hair plugs of different colors. They have rooted manes, and their forelocks and tails could be replaced with a choice of two different colored plugs (both inserted under a secret panel in their stomachs). They are shown below with various combinations of these hair colors. Each Trim 'n Grow Beauty came with a pair of scissors (with pink handles), and a bird/flower barrette. Their bodies are also pearly and their eye shadow is heavier than other Dream Beauties'. Their symbols cover only their hips.

Manewaves is pink with a blue mane, and purple eyes. She came with pink and white hair plugs. Her symbol is a yellow/purple/pink dresser with a heart-shaped mirror (and a seat in front). Her eye shadow is medium blue, her mane beads are mint green, and she came with a dark pink barrette.
Sheertrimmer is periwinkle with a purple mane, and coral eyes. She came with dark pink and aqua hair plugs. Her symbol is pieces of purple & dark pink jewelry (ring, necklace, earrings) as her symbol. Her eye shadow is mint green, her mane beads and white, and she came with a dark pink barrette.
Spritzy is pinkish-purple with an aqua mane, and pink eyes.
She came with light pink and purple hair plugs. Her symbol is a bubbling (green/white/purple) bathtub with a towel hanging about it. She wears yellow eye shadow, had white mane beads, and came with a purple barrette.
The Highflying Beauties are pegasi with big, beautiful wings. There are three in the set. Their wings are two-tone (color closest to their body appears on the inside of their wings and the color furthest is pearly), and their forelegs and noses (colorpoints) are a different color from their bodies. Their symbols cover only their hips.

Skyflyer is pinkish-purple with periwinkle colorpoints, and wavy white hair. She has pink eyes, and periwinkle & white wings. Her symbol is four heart-shaped peach & white balloons (surrounded by dots). She wears purple eye, pink mane beads, and she came with a pink flowers barrette.
Glider is white with purple colorpoints, and curly pink hair pink hair. She has pale lavender eyes, and purple & mint green wings. Her symbol is a mint green & coral pegasus flying through the (coral, mint green-outlined) clouds, with coral birds. She wears yellow eye shadow, has pink mane beads, and she came with a purple flowers barrette. Windwalker is turquoise-blue with a pink colorpoints, and *wavy purple hair (*my Wind Walker has a wavy mane [possibly braided at one time], and a straight tail). She has pale periwinkle eyes, and pink & light purple wings. Her symbol is a yellow (purple-outlined) bird carrying a yellow & purple swirl trailed by four yellow & purple stars. She wears pink eye shadow, and has white mane beads. The color and style of her barrette are unknown.
