Pretty Parlor

According to some early Hasbro

Rainbow Ponies

This is one of four vintage commercials
featured in Teletoon's MLP 25th Anniversary
"Once Upon a Pony" timeline (2008; no
longer online). It is very rare and features
animation similar to the TV special
"Escape From Catrina".

Pony Wear

Shown in the background of the My Little
Pony segment of VH-1's I Love the 80s
Strikes Back (1984), featured celebs fondly
recalled their childhood MLP memories...
all but one (I wont name names) who
managed to alienate three 80s icons inside
of five minutes. :-( Shown is a sketch as well
as an animation clip.

Sea Ponies

Thanks to ForestHall for
the lyrics to this commercial;
as the last line was
the only one I remembered
from years ago. Note that
while Sealight is shown and named
during the commercial, Seawinkle
is shown at the end in her place.

the arrival of several new
ponies including Earth ponies,
unicorns, and pegasi, who joined
their returning friends from Year
2; highlighting ponies like with
Surprise with new curly hair.

the first baby ponies sold
in stores and with their debut
came several new accessories
just for them.

This was one of the first
commercials to feature the
new "My Little Pony Mommy"
jingle. A shortened version
of this commercial was also
made, and like most, were
paired with another Hasbro
product.

This is another commercial
that I don't remember anything
about, but it features one of
the best lines to describe a
MLP family.

Newborn Twins

A second commercial for
Newborn Twins was made
in Year 6, featuring a second
set of these identical babies.

This commercial was the new
version; the first had the
original My Little Pony melody.
This commercial was also
altered in Year 6 to advertise
the new line of Twice As
Fancy Ponies.
