| R A I N F O R E S T | Go, Diego, Go! Fanlisting

Webmistress | Kimberly

I've been a fan of Go, Diego, Go! since 2006. I've always been a fan of traditonal animation and an animal lover, so between its cute and exotic animals, and an enthusiastic hero who'll do anything to protect them, I fell in love with this show. I became especially interested upon hearing about the controversial episode "Cool Water for Ana the Anaconda", which quickly became one of my favorites, second only to "(Armadillo's) Rainforest Race".

I have been creating fansites since 1996. Among them, I have authored both informational and advocacy sites for My Little Pony and Pokémon. I am also the creator and author of Oak Branch Woods, an original series of nature-inspired novels. RAINFOREST is my very first fanlisting.

Fan work is the heart and soul of any following. For each of us, it is a deeply personal extension and individual interpretation of the things that already bring us so much joy.

Whether it's writing, art, or websites, fan work is the highest expression of our admiration for the icons that their creators have chosen to share with the world, and is essential for the survival of our favorite franchises.

We do this not for profit, which brings out a devotion that can only be measured by the countless hours spent honoring these beloved characters, and an undertaking that can ultimately be defined as a labor of love.
